Frequently asked questions

TL;DR: we're open everyday from 8:30 to 23:00 in Graça and Santos, are pet friendly, have gluten-free options plus coffee to go :)
01
Where are you located?
Plus ICon

We’ve got two spots in Lisbon because one simply wasn’t enough. You’ll find us brewing specialty coffee and making brunch and burgers in Graça, where the miradouros are as photograph worthy as your barista’s latte art, and in Santos, where the people-watching game is just as good as the menu.

If you get lost, just follow the scent of existential coffee cravings.

FYI - The kitchen in both Neighbourhood café's are open 8:30 to 15:00 reopening at 17:00 for smash burgers and beer. But you can grab a coffee and something sweet anytime of day.

02
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Plus ICon

How could we not. We’ve got plant-based dishes, gluten-free goodies, and a chef who once made a gluten-free cake so convincing it caused a minor identity crisis at a cake decorating party in Lapa.

As for vegan options, rumour has it one of our plant-based dishes briefly caused an influencer to question their life choices.

03
Can I reserve a table?
Plus ICon

We like to keep things casual—no bookings needed. If there’s no seat available when you arrive, don’t worry, we’ll add you to our very official list.

Grab a coffee while you wait.

04
Are pets allowed?
Plus ICon

Absolutely! We’ve got regulars who make themselves right at home—we can’t wait to meet your furry friend. We once were graced by a borzoi called Moose.

05
Do you have Wi-Fi available?
Plus ICon

Fun fact: If you're roaming in Lisbon, you'll find 5G internet available pretty around the entire centre. And when you're sat in a Neighbourhood café you'll find our Wi-Fi is faster than your last-minute attempt to email your boss about “working from home.”

06
Can I work/study here?
Plus ICon

We’ve got a handful of seats for those who really need to get some work done. Laptops and tablets are welcome, but only in our very exclusive, limited spaces.

We’ve got just enough room for some hard grafters without turning the café into a co-working space.
